Hello~. As you know, I am Katsura Kobungo VII, a Rakugo performer living in Tottori City, Tottori Prefecture.
This time, we visited "Ajiroya," a restaurant located in Otani, Iwami Town.

Appearance and introspection

Entering from the sign for "Uradome Coast Island Hopping,"
To the right is the Uradome Sightseeing Boat Pier, a famous tourist activity spot in Iwami Town, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Uradome Coast and other parts of the San'in Coast Geopark from the sea by boat.
If you go to the left, you will find the restaurant "Ajiroya".

There's so much white squid on top, it's unbelievable! It's luxurious.
All of the ingredients used here are sourced from Tottori Prefecture.

When you eat the white squid, the natural sweetness of the squid spreads throughout your mouth. It's a flavor that you can only get from fresh squid.
It also comes with tempura, so it's nice to be able to enjoy various cooking methods in one bowl.

The soup contains shellfish and barnacles, which are crustaceans like shrimp and crab. You can also taste the delicious flavors of the sea and the ocean.
