Spreading the appeal of Food Paradise Tottori Prefecture

Hello~. As you know, I am Katsura Kobungo VII, a Rakugo performer living in Tottori City, Tottori Prefecture.
This time, we visited "PÂTISSERIE POUDRE" in Miyanaga, Tottori City!

Appearance and introspection

This is a cake shop located in my hometown, where I, the seventh generation Katsura Kobungo, grew up. 🎂
I thought it was established when I was in high school, and it turns out it actually opened in 2010!
I was 16 years old at the time.

Fruit roll

First up, fruit roll!
This product uses eggs from Oenogo Natural Farm's Tenbi Eggs 🥚
These delicious eggs come from chickens that are raised freely and with care in a beautiful environment with clean water and air, and abundant nature.
The dough, made with Tenbi eggs, is delicious enough to stand up to the cream inside, and it pairs well with the fruit on top (＾ν＾)

Fruit pudding

Our fruit pudding uses milk from Kishida Farm in Kotoura Town. It's milk from healthy cows raised in the rich natural environment at the foot of Mt. Daisen. 🐮

Upon tasting it, I understood why: the pudding was incredibly smooth and had a wonderful texture. The juicy fruit on top further enhanced the deliciousness of the pudding!
I could eat any number of these! 🤓

Summary: This is a restaurant recommended for people like this.

Even Katsura Kobungo, who is very particular about sweets, was satisfied with these desserts 🎂 It's nice that the sweets change with the seasons.
