Hello! I'm Gram, originally from Shimane Prefecture, and I've been living in Tottori for four years.
This time we will introduce Yumigahama Park Front in Yonago City, where you can enjoy lunch, cafe time, and takeout.

The shop is located in a natural location surrounded by Yumigahama Park and Yumigahama Beach.
Located halfway along Yumigahama Beach, this comprehensive park has a playground and a grassy area, making it an attractive place where you can enjoy both play and meals!

Another great thing about this place is that it's easy to drop in for lunch after playing in the park, or for a coffee break after a walk by the sea.

Appearance and introspection

The building's gentle colors blend seamlessly with the atmosphere of the park, the coast, and the sky, creating a mysteriously eye-catching presence without interfering with the surroundings.
Its appearance makes you want to drop in on a stroll or after a day out.

Once you step inside, you will find yourself surrounded by the warmth of wood in a comfortable space.
The high ceilings and large windows give you a feeling of openness that is beyond your imagination!

The interior has a subtle Hawaiian feel and the gentle design makes use of natural materials, making it a cozy restaurant where you'll want to stay for a while.

It has a great sense of style, but it's also nice that you can relax in it.
Combined with the bright voices and smiles of the staff, the entire store is filled with a warm and cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay for a while.

There is a wide range of seating available, from counter seats that are easy to use even if you're alone, to table seats for 2 to 4 people, and spacious booth seats.
There are also chairs for children, so you can feel safe even if you are bringing small children.

The spacious sofa-style box seats are a comfortable space where you can relax without worrying about others, and can accommodate up to six people.
It's also perfect for occasions where you want to have a fun time together, such as girls' nights, moms' get-togethers, or family meals.

When we visited, we saw a wide range of customers, including couples, friends, and families with children, regardless of age or gender.

Rye pancakes with chicken confit and liver mousse, fried chicken

The rye pancakes are topped with Daisen chicken confit, and the meat is moist and juicy without becoming dry.

Unlike dessert pancakes, meal pancakes are made with cream cheese and rye dough.
It is moist and heavy while still retaining its fluffy texture.
The fragrant and satisfying dough gives a different kind of satisfaction than desserts.

The main dish, Oyama chicken confit, is incredibly tender, and the more you chew it, the more delicious the flavor spreads.
The balance of fat and flavor is good, and it's not heavy but has a rich flavor.

The liver mousse that accompanies it has a meltingly smooth texture that combines the distinctive flavor of liver with the richness of fresh cream.
It has little odor, is rich yet creamy, and is very easy to eat.

Additionally, balsamic vinegar adds a nice flavor accent.
It has a mellow taste that combines sweetness and sourness, giving the whole dish a nice finish.

Another great thing about this dish is that it comes with plenty of vegetables, including sunny lettuce, green leaves, baby leaves, mizuna, and radicchio!

Daisen Chicken Fried Chicken is no longer just a side dish.
