Access
Appearance and introspection
When you enter the store, the large windows let in bright natural light, creating a spacious, open, and calming atmosphere that makes you feel so comfortable you'll lose track of time.
✨Grilled Daisen Herb Chicken✨✨Bread (single item)✨
The skin was crispy and fragrant, and the meat inside was juicy and full of juice. It had a light flavor and no strong taste. Because the chicken was raised on herbs (especially oregano), it had almost no strong odor that is typical of chicken. The meat was tender and had just the right amount of fat, so the more you chewed it, the more flavor you could taste. It was an excellent dish!
◯ Grilled Daisen Herb Chicken...1,200 yen (tax included)
Bread (single item)…………………130 yen (tax included)
By the way, Daisen Herb Chicken (Daisen Herb Chicken) is a healthy chicken raised in the foothills of Mt. Daisen in Tottori Prefecture, where herbs such as oregano are added to feed. It has a mild odor, low fat content, and healthy meat quality. It is a brand of chicken raised in the natural environment of Tottori Prefecture.
✨Matcha and Dainagon Bagel✨ and more
The bakery's bread🍞 is made with carefully selected local ingredients (Daisen wheat, Daisen Dairy products, etc.), as well as pesticide-free vegetables and local seaweed salt, making it a safe and secure bread♪✨
The purple sweet potato roll had a chewy dough, and the natural sweetness of the purple sweet potato kneaded into it was exquisite♪✨
The bagels were a great choice, with a wide variety of flavors including black tea and caramel, cranberry and beetroot, and matcha and dainagon, and each ingredient had a distinct flavor.
The rusks are baked twice, giving them a light, crispy texture and a fragrant buttery flavor. The sweetness of the sugar and the buttery flavor soaked into the dough create a concentrated, light flavor and delicious taste.
Purple sweet potato roll: 170 yen (tax included)
◯ Oyama wheat bagel... 180 yen (tax included)
◯ Matcha and Dainagon Bagel………290 yen (tax included)
Cranberry & Beet Bagel
………280 yen (tax included)

Summary: This is a restaurant recommended for people like this.
The lunchtime meal and bread buffet offers a menu of locally sourced dishes, including special hamburger steaks and grilled Daisen herb chicken. For an additional fee, you can also enjoy an all-you-can-eat bread buffet with a wide variety of breads.
It is loved by local residents for its bright, barrier-free and universally designed space.
The store sells about 50 types of bread🍞, and you can purchase bread even if you are not dining in♪✨
This shop is run by the Youwakai Group and also has a welfare aspect, playing a role in providing employment support for people with disabilities.
You can enjoy a locally produced lunch using locally grown "Oyama wheat," Oyama Dairy milk🥛 and butter🧈, local vegetables🥦 and chicken♪✨

I was born and raised in Tottori Prefecture! I grew up eating Tottori's delicious food. I've worked in the food industry at local hotels and wedding venues, visiting Tottori's produce producers and restaurants, and experiencing the deliciousness of Tottori. I'd like to share the deliciousness of Tottori with people both inside and outside the prefecture from my own unique perspective.
