The restaurant's recommended loin steak made with Tottori Wagyu beef.
The meat is purchased in large chunks, with the best cuts being used for steaks.
The remaining parts are also served as kalbi and hamburger steaks.
I was impressed by the quality of the meat, which was comparable to that of specialty shops.
The side dishes are homemade creative Japanese dishes made with locally grown vegetables.
