Ramen restaurant "Ramen Ikeshima" located along National Route 9 in Oyama Town!
Since opening in August 2022, there has always been a long line and it has been a hot topic on social media!
Ramen Ikeshima's biggest commitment is that their products are additive-free!

Appearance and introspection
The shop only has counter seats, but the space is generous, allowing you to enjoy your ramen in a relaxed atmosphere.
The garden seen through the window as soon as you enter the store also creates a spacious atmosphere!
Soy sauce ramen
🍜Soy sauce ramen🍜

First, take a sip of the soup!
The richness spreads throughout your mouth.
That's because the soup is incredibly thick and is a blend of chicken, seafood and pork stock!
The chicken stock is made with herb chicken from Mt. Daisen.
The seafood stock is made with dried sardines from Sakaiminato and several other dried foods.
The pork stock is made with Oyama pork backbone.
Soup made with plenty of ingredients from Tottori Prefecture
The medium-thin straight noodles coated with soup are easy to eat!
Summary: This is a restaurant recommended for people like this.
Even after drinking the soup down to the last drop, my body feels light.
This is a ramen that not only ramen lovers but also people who have avoided ramen until now should try!
A ramen restaurant where you'll want to savor every last drop of the noodles and soup!
Be sure to go to "Ramen Ikeshima"!
