This time, I ordered the "Beef Tataki Bowl" from the lunch menu, which uses a generous amount of Tottori Wagyu beef.
It's a simple bowl of meat and rice, but it's made with Tottori Wagyu beef! The tender, perfectly-thick meat goes perfectly with the special sauce and rice from Tottori Prefecture.
It's quite filling, but the meat isn't too greasy so you can finish it in no time (^▽^)/
I have had many different meat bowls in my life, but this beef tataki bowl from Manyoshi was so delicious that I remember it and thought to myself, "I want everyone to try this!"
